This just in.

Back today from Phoenix with a side trip to Tucson to visit the Pima Air and Space Museum. I shot four cameras there, starting off with the Certo Dolly Super Sport.  I was pleased to see some progress with that old folder, though I still have some work to do on it.

Older airplanes have a great look and your photos of them are impressive. Just like cars today it's hard to distinguish one plane from the other for the casual observer.

Both cars and planes built after about 1960 are pretty much indistinguishable for me. Partly, that is due to a lack of attention, but I think it also has to do with design constraints imposed by high-speed flight. I wonder too if CAD tools pushed designers to simple tube-like shapes. In any case, old cameras and old aircraft always seem a good combination to me.

I agree with that about older airframes. I love how they look. Very nicely done!

That museum is well worth a visit. Good job of reporting with your camera set.
