Voigtländer Vito II

The Vito II is a gem of a camera, and one of my great favorites.

I found two Vito II cameras one night on ebay; I won the bids on both at $15 each. Both cameras were in excellent condition with Compur-Rapid shutters, but one lacked an integral take-up spool and a rewind knob. I took the needed parts from an older model I had with a slower Prontor shutter.

You certainly had a charmed night on eBay to find two Vito IIs for $15 each!

It was some time ago when prices on the Vito II were at a low, but it did seem like a real windfall at the time. I suppose I should sell one of them now that the prices have gone back up. I have a hard time parting with any of my old cameras, though.

I've been looking for one for a while now but couldn't find one that suits my budget.

I would want to get $60 for the one with the removable accessory show. Also have the Voigtlander accessory rangefinder which I would ask the same price for. Both pieces together for $120, U.S. shipping included.

I sold one of the Vito II cameras along with the accessory range finder.
