TMAX

This is the first roll of Kodak TMAX 100 that I have shot in some time.  It is hard to beat for its rich tonal range and fine grain, but  I have been irritated by the price increases for Kodak films.  I probably need to get over that if I am going to keep trying to be a film photographer.

I occasionally visit B&H, Adorama, and Freestyle and search on T-Max to see if they have it on sale. It's obviously hit or miss, but I do occasionally get a slight bargain.

Mike these are fine negatives. I used TMax with great results a couple of years ago but have switched mostly to Fuji Acros. Unfortunately, the newly reintroduced Acros II is pretty costly, as well.

I've actually been pretty happy with the results I've gotten from HP5 and Kentmere. Getting the right combination of film and developer is also important. Still, it's fun to try new things too. I have some APX now that I'm looking forward to trying out.
