I like the predictability of hc-110. It seems to work well with about any black and white film. It has a good shelf life after opening, and it can be used at high dilutions for good economy. I occasionally use Rodinal with fine grain emulsions, including TMAX 100.

I would soon be the Kodak HC-110 (Ilford Ilfotec HC) sample.
(Use only Caffenol).
