not dead yet

Distant cousins. They live in the same neighborhood but never meet.

I haven't put much up here lately due to being preoccupied with getting under way with a new blog, Flights of Fancy. I'm having fun with it, though I may be the only one.

Haven't given up on photography and old cameras. I have partially-shot rolls of film in the C330 and the mju. Also took delivery recently of a pretty little five-dollar box camera that uses 127 film.

I found yet another Vivitar Ultrawide and Slim at the local thrift store in pristine condition. It is on its way to the talented photo blogger, Sarah Regnier.

Just picked up my first 3 rolls from the Vivitar Ultrawide and Slim a few minutes ago! Can't wait to share them with you! I will be doing a big blog post about the camera sometime this week! I had a blast shooting the camera - I will be taking it with me to New Jersey this week too.

LOVE these car shots too!

Can't wait to see what you come up with.

I have nice memories associated with both the Power Wagon and the VW, so quality isn't necessarily the first consideration in the two shots here which were made as a test of my Retina IIc.

I have done some shots at car shows with the VUWS which I like. The ultra wide angle is a real plus in that situation, I think.
